Always a wonderful experience. We are beyond satisfied! The owner came to provide our assessment and explain his cleaning model. Pricing was very fair. Original scheduled team were both out sick. Company found another team to perform the work within an hour of original scheduled time. Maura and Zenia did a great job and I will use this company from now on.

Anna and Sharon did an amazing job cleaning our home. They were very thorough cleaning the baseboards, sweeping, dusting, and mopping. Our home is very clean and fresh. We are very pleased with their service and hope they are assigned to us at the next appointment.

Anna and Sharon have been great. They initially spent the first 3 weeks helping to unpack boxes and storage bins from my move. They were willing to do whatever I asked and I really appreciate it. They will be starting the cleaning every other week.

The M & Ms (Martha and Maura) are the best team I have had to clean for me from The Cleaning Authority. Having been a customer for several years, I found these ladies to be thorough, polite, willing to do a special task requested, and were always on time. They are attentive to detail and work in a timely manner.

They arrived at my home and started to clean around 8:50 am. H ad to go out and returned around 10:15. They had already left. Didn't discover until that night that they broke a slat in my kitchen blind. Notified them that night with a picture of damage and asked how they want to handle. I ended up paying for it and don't believe they are bonded and insured. They are not reimbursing I believe at that point told them wasn't going to use them again and would see them in court.
